We are in a superb location, just five minutes from Walt Disney World and twenty minutes from Universal Studios. Both Cocoa Beach and Clearwater are within 1 – 1.5hrs drive. Enjoy Championship Golf courses minutes away on the US192 and the close by US27.

Sea World, Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens and Kennedy Space centre all near enough to visit.

You will have a 30 – 45 minute transfer from the two major airports.

There is shopping, dining and crazy golf with in 1/2 mile and there are major shopping outlets stores with in a 10 minute drive.

Our villa comprises 2 master bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and two further bedrooms sharing the third bathroom. The villa features a large kitchen with lots of counter space and modern appliances. The living room and kitchen are open plan and the living room overlooks and leads out to the pool and sundeck.

The villa features a brand new games room which includes air hockey, pool, basketball and electronic darts for children and adults to relax or sit and watch cable TV, listen to music.

All bed linen, towels, crockery, utensils etc are provided.

You can arrange other services via our property manager, such as babysitting services, chef for the day and airport meet and greet. We will try to obtain discounted tickets on your behalf.
